There will occasionally be, despite our best efforts, occasions that require a complete analysis of eyeglasses that are not working well for our patients. This is a step by step method to evaluate eyeglasses when they do not perform as anticipated. We will review a system of documentation that will save valuable time. We will discuss common complaints, what may be causing the discomfort and how to make the necessary corrections. Finally, we will create a plan to reduce remakes and issues in the future.
