Originally, from NJ, Dr. Ciano now resides in a suburb of Indianapolis along with his wife and 4 children ages 5-12. Having worked in the trenches of more chain Optometry places then you can count on one hand, in 2007 he opened 'cold'; a concierge concept Optometric practice. In its inaugural year of business, RevolutionEYES eclipsed the magical 1 Million dollar mark, and more recently, RevolutionEYES has also broken the 2 million dollar glass ceiling as a one OD FTE practice. In 2013, he again broke the mold and opened a new concept, pediatric exclusive satellite office, Little Eyes, which was inspired and named by his 4 year old son. As an Academic All-American in College he was able to receive honors both on the tennis court as well as in the classroom at King's College. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2001. As an international lecturer, Dr. Ciano has presented in Europe and nearly 100 venues stateside. He has been published in dozens of articles in several different nationally peer reviewed medical and business journals. Dr. Ciano has also assisted over 40 practices through his consulting work around the United States. In his 'abundant' spare time, he enjoys cooking, coaching the kids, and dreaming up new business concepts with his wife, Casey.
