Employee performance is a combination of several elements – hiring the right people, having the right training, have the right expectations… We can agree on all of those items. However, a large part of that equation is accountability and saying the RIGHT thing when needed. Coaching sounds easy and yet we can often walk away from conversations feeling misunderstood. Working together in groups, we will practice techniques to say what you mean to and to ensure you have established accountability.
