Amy Russell attended Wheelock College, located in Boston, MA. While at Wheelock, she earned her bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW). Amy pursued her social work passion for ten years, working with children with cancer. While running a non-profit that supported children with cancer and their families, she discovered her passion for business. Amy transitioned into the business world, starting in the dental industry and then moving to the med-tech world. Amy joined IDOC in December of 2014.

Amy lives in Stratford with her beloved husband, Ted, and two amazing children, Melanie and Evan. Amy is very busy in the summertime; she enjoys “glamping” in northeastern CT with her husband and friends. While at home, Amy enjoys game nights with her kids and extended family, redecorating her home, and spending time with her dog, Scout.
