Ilana Thombs graduated from University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s in Psychology. After working as a Mental Health Therapist for almost 4 years, Ilana turned her focus to corporate, joining IDOC in early 2015. As the Manager of Professional Affairs, Ilana is responsible for the IDOC Member Director (IMD) Program and IDOC Events.

Ilana lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her fiancé, Anthony, and their fur baby, Maisie, who they rescued in early 2016. Ilana focuses on self-care by running and weightlifting daily and seeks adventure through traveling and experiencing new activities, foods and lifestyles.
