Kelly has been with IDOC as the Director, Finance since June 2017. She came to us from General Electric Company, where she spent the past 14+ years. At GE, Kelly held various roles from Lean Six Sigma to Controllership, developing an extensive background in data analysis, project management and people management.

Prior to beginning her professional career, Kelly received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University. She later went on to earn her master’s degree from Fairfield University in 2004. Aside from these accomplishments, she holds many professional certifications which include her green belt and black belt certifications in Six Sigma Practices.

Personally, Kelly is a very active mom to daughter, Sydney (8) and son, Joey (7) all living in Fairfield County. She is also a board member on the local PTA and serves the community through various volunteer positions with local non-profit organizations. And finally, she is an avid runner. She completed her 3rd full marathon in April and her 4th scheduled this fall.
