Ellen Katz is the Training Manager for Marcolin Eyewear, a manufacturer of multiple premium eyewear brands. Ellen has spent her entire professional life in the eyewear industry, spending 14 years with Silhouette Optical and joining Marcolin in April of 2018. For the past decade, her focus has been on training and development, working to create internal teams and optical practices that are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
