Frank lives in Dallas with his wife Kristina for 22 years and their two amazing boys, Michael and Sebastian. Frank’s passion for the Ophthalmic Industry was founded by a few key individuals and influenced by many others over the past 23 years. Currently, as the Director of Customer Education at Essilor of America, Frank is responsible for developing and delivering top-shelf educational programs for Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) focusing on the development and growth of ECPs from their first day in the industry through retirement. Frank has helped practices across the country achieve new levels of success and has also helped many Essilor employees to prepare for and pass the NOCE. Frank is the Vice-Chair of the North Texas Opticians Association and enjoys volunteering for various organizations.
