Q:  Where is the conference located? 
A:  The conference will take place within Disney's Coronado Springs Resort Conference Center. 
 
Q:  How much does it cost to attend?
A:  Events are offered free as a benefit for IDOC Members. Not an IDOC Member? Cost to attend is valued at $975, however we are offering a discounted rate of $300 to give you a chance to experience IDOC in person. 
 
Q:  What airport should I fly into?
A:   Orlando International Airport (MCO)
 
Q:  How do I get to from the airport to the hotel?
A:  Disney's Magical Express picks you up and takes you from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel, while our luggage service delivers your bags from the plane to your room. Departing is also a breeze with our Resort Airline Check-in Service and return transportation to the Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required. We recommend you make your reservations at least 30 days in advance. Make your reservation today!  
 
Q:  I'm driving. How much is parking?
A:   Disney offers plenty of parking. Valet is $33/day, Self is $19/day. For IDOC Conference attendees, parking is free!
 
Q.  What is the hotel room rate?
A. The Coronado Springs offers two types of hotel rooms. To stay in the Resort/Campus, the room rate is $209 per night, excluding taxes. To stay in the Gran Destino Tower, the room rate is $259 per night, excluding taxes. Click here to book your room now. 
 
Q.  Why should I stay at the event headquarters hotel?
A.  Discounted hotel rate, free parking, easy access to all event functions, and better networking opportunities by staying where your peers are staying! 
 
Q:  Can I bring a guest to the conference?
A:   If your guest is an OD or staff member, please have them register for the meeting. Any other guests not associated with an optometric office are not allowed to attend the conference but are welcome to attend any afterhours events or receptions. 
 
Q.  Do I need to pre-select the courses I want to attend?
 A.  Roundtables are the only option that must be selected in advance, by 1/15/19. 
 
Q:  Is there childcare provided?
A.  At IDOC, family matters, as a part of our ongoing commitment to our members, we're offering free daily childcare while you're attending The Connection. Space is limited, so be sure to register today. You will be able to select this as an option within your registration. 
 
Q:  What should I wear?
A:  Most attendees dress in business casual. The meeting rooms can get cold, so bring a jacket.
