The goal of this interactive course is to share new  techniques and ideas to make the patient fitting experience  best in class which will build loyality in the community for the practice. 

The perspective will be product centric with in-depth discussion on what makes product valuable and how to convey this to a patient in a way that inspires them to see themselves in a new light-more empowered, more beautiful, more confident and definitely more passionate about building an eyewear wardrobe.


Topics we will explore—1.  Refresher   of the nuts and bolts of the product—review of the materials, the details and production techniques that create value. Finding ways to quickly and concisely convey the value of better eyewear.  2.  Independent Strong —discussion of the unique selling proposition of an independent practice. Pinpointing the value add of being unique, and the how to’s of building customer awareness around the concept of independence.  3.  Managing and Connecting the emotional side of our business—identifying its power  to move patients  to make good eyewear  decisions and build your brand power  when the patient feels amazing after experiencing  an incredible eyewear make-over.  4.  Interactive discussion to hear what opportunities the Opticians see to grow their business from what they learned and share their challenges, questions and solutions going ahead.
