Ryan is the Strategic Business Manager with the National Accounts team at Bausch + Lomb responsible for managing the relationship between IDOC and Bausch + Lomb. He also works with individual IDOC affiliated practice owners. He brings a unique perspective with over 10 years of experience across Vision and Eye Care including customer service, supply chain, marketing communications, training, and sales. While working with individual offices across the country, Ryan developed a passion for the business side of contact lenses and has helped many practices become successful in keeping patients in contact lenses, growing the daily-disposable portion of their practice, and remaining competitive with online outlets. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hiking, running, and creating woodworking projects that end up costing twice as much as planned with his fiancée in Dallas, Texas.
