Kelly Rosemann is an ABO Certified Optician with over 25 years of industry experience and a Level II ABO-approved speaker known for turning technical training into powerful, practice-elevating insights. Her optical journey began in 1997 as an apprentice in St. Louis, MO, and by 1998 she had earned her ABO certification – laying the foundation for a career marked by impact, leadership, and innovation. From growing a cold-start practice into a million-dollar success to thriving in both corporate and independent ECP settings, Kelly’s hands-on expertise runs deep. In 2018, she joined HOYA Vision Care as a Territory Sales Manager and was honored as “Customer Service TSM of the Year” in 2019. Today, she serves as National Technical Training Manager on HOYA’s Product & Professional Engagement Marketing Team, where she fuels her passion for education – equipping eye care professionals across the country with the knowledge and confidence to grow, connect, and lead in their practices.
