Recruitment is always a priority for any business.  In a small practice, an employee notice can cause more issues than a gap in the schedule.  It puts pressure on other employees to pick up the extra work/hours, causes stress to owners/managers and affects customer service.  Within this course, you will learn different strategies to develop a mindset of “Forever Recruitment”.  We will discuss Full Cycle Recruitment – sourcing candidates, interviewing, the hiring process, on-boarding and developing talent within the practice.
 
Learning Objectives:
  • Each attendee will learn that recruitment starts with job descriptions, expectations and company “brand”.
  • Each attendee will learn options for their practice to advertise to attract candidates.
  • Each attendee will learn strategies that help the hiring process work to their timeline.
  • Each attendee will learn how to access if a candidate is a good fit for the practice.
  • Each attendee will learn how to offer an on-boarding process with a focus on establishing expectations and commitment from both parties.
  • Each attendee will receive guidance on internal recruitment and retention strategies.
