For the Doctors: Case presentations will be reviewed to demonstrate the role of medical optometry in creating the practice dream and how best to implement the medical focus efficiently for both the doctors and their team. For the Staff: Specific situations that arise in the medical area of the practice will be discussed in break out format to allow the teams to develop solutions that will create better efficiencies for the practice.
