Recruitment is always a priority for any business. In a small practice, an employee notice can cause more issues than a gap in the schedule. It puts pressure on other employees to pick up the extra work/hours, causes stress to owners/managers and affects patient care. Within this workshop, you will practice skills needed for Full Cycle Recruitment – sourcing candidates through job postings, interviewing, the hiring process, on-boarding and we will discuss internal retention strategies to keep help talent in the practice.
