The Forum Roundtables are an open discussion with your peers about what works and doesn’t work in your practice. Many members say that the community and business-building ideas they get from Roundtables is the key reason for their IDOC membership.
The groups are paired by the IDOC team based on three factors: the practice owner’s age or career stage, the size of the practices, and the practice location (to ensure competitors aren’t in the same group). If you have a particular request for your group, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
The agenda is set by the group. Before the meeting, each participant will prepare one success strategy from their practice to share with the group and will submit three issues they want help addressing. Each group will then have an agenda tailored to their groups strengths and challenges.
