Your Plan for 2024: Does it Need Editing?

As we wrap up another year, let’s reflect on the good, the bad, and the ugly from 2023. Most practice owners had to do deal with a lot of adversity and pivoting the past year. A labor shortage, economic uncertainty, inflation, etc. This forced you to rethink business as usual.
 

A good business strategy is to reflect on what worked and what didn’t for the current year and use that insight for planning the following year. If you could do it again, what would you change? What would you keep doing? How will you apply that knowledge to 2024?
 

Being forced to make changes due to external factors can be scary, but it also forces us to get outside our comfort zone where good things can happen. Share what you’ve learned from making changes and taking risks, so others can feel more comfortable doing the same.
