Todd Bouldin is a leadership and customer experience transformation leader who drives change through dynamic communications. Whether it be keynoting workshops, facilitating learning programs, or coaching leaders, Todd inspires measurable shifts in culture, leadership behavior, and customer impact. Todd is the owner of his own consulting and speaking firm, 2MBoldn, and is the Manager of Leadership and Professional Skills Training at Visa.

Formerly, Todd led US industry strategy enablement at Deloitte, where he managed a team of 12 professionals supporting 6 industries. In that role, he partnered directly with senior leaders to align leadership capability, culture, and development priorities to firm priorities at scale. Todd also managed the Life Sciences & Health Care industry curriculum and learning experiences, enabling Deloitte professionals to speak to industry clients about trends and future developments in health care.

Todd is known for his ability to quickly establish connection and trust, creating conditions for candid dialogue, courageous decision-making, and sustained behavior change. His approach blends business acumen, emotional intelligence, and pragmatic frameworks to help leaders navigate complexity while maintaining psychological safety.
