A: The conference will take place within the convention center of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.
Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: It's free for members and their staff to attend. For non-members, there is a $300 charge to reserve your space.

A: Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Q: How do I get to from the airport to the hotel?
A: Disney's Magical Express picks you up and takes you from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel, while our luggage service delivers your bags from the plane to your room. Departing is also a breeze with our Resort Airline Check-in Service and return transportation to the Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required. Q: I'm driving. How much is parking?
A: Disney offers complimentary self-parking for guests staying at the hotel.
Q: Can I bring a guest to the conference?
A: If your guest is an OD or staff member, please have them register for the meeting. Any other guests not associated with an optometric office are not allowed to attend the conference but are welcome to attend any afterhours events or receptions.
Q: Is there childcare provided?
A. At IDOC, family matters, as as part of our ongoing commitment to our members, we're offering free daily childcare while you're attending The Connection. Space is limited, so be sure to make a reservation as soon as our plans are in place. Click here to reserve your spot.

A: Most attendees dress in business casual. The meeting rooms can get cold, so bring a jacket.
