The EyeCoach workshop, “Don’t Be Afraid, It’s Only Selling” is a fun and interactive workshop. The goals of the workshop are:

  • to rid any fear or apprehension anyone may have when approaching a selling situation.
  • to break down and obliterate traditional and illogical sales beliefs and techniques.  We will destroy old behaviors in hysterically funny ways.
  • to redefine what selling truly is (which happens to be 180° from what eye care professionals think it is)
  • to learn the true benefit of selling more, is in the patient’s best interest
  • to realize our new definition of selling is the most natural and comfortable extension of what eye care professionals truly are
  • to share the 3 simple but powerful rules, in which true selling is based
  • to show how all past sales efforts end poorly because they ultimately crash into these 3 rules.  This will enable doctors and staff to stop educating patients at the wrong time in order to stop sabotaging sales
  • to be able to identify all patients into 3 distinct categories and gently move them in the right direction to meet all their eyewear needs
  • to share 5 gentle questions that staff should ask every patient before they start to educate or make a sales presentation (POWERFUL!)
  • to share the “secret” of having their patients actually listen to what they’re saying.
  • to share two of the most powerful forces that motivate patients to see you as the experts which eliminates any hesitation to buy what is being prescribed.
  • to share the only time to make a sales presentation to a patient (This is huge!)
  • to share how to eliminate buyer’s remorse, in a heartbeat!
  • to learn how to hear NO and say NO, politely, comfortably and confidently (Time saver!)
  • to share the critical difference between NO and an objection (without this distinction, this is where multiple pair sales go to die).
  • to share how to handle any objection with 5 words or less (This is monumental!)
  • to obliterate the “prejudging the pocketbook” habit
  • to show doctors and staff that price is rarely the issue most think it is
  • to share how to have the patient close the sale.
  • to inspire everyone in a new direction with less obstacles.
